FRED is a future-readiness and entrepreneurial mindset ecosystem that develops the individual first. Unlike most programmes that focus on business ideas, we focus on the person behind the idea.

To equip young people with the mindset, confidence, and practical capability to identify opportunities and create their own economic future.

Vision

By creating entrepreneurs or enhancing the employability of entrepreneurially minded youth, we will positively impact over 1m people across Africa and the Middle East.

Why FRED is different

Most entrepreneurship programmes assume young people already have the confidence, networks, and self-belief needed to start a venture. FRED begins where they actually are — and builds the mindset and skills that compound for life, whether or not they become entrepreneurs.
