Build future-readiness with us.
Two ways to work with FRED - open the door to youth, or fund delivery.
Invest at the front of the journey.
FRED sits at the very front of the entrepreneurship journey - pre-incubation, pre-pitch-competition, pre-ESD. Partnering with us means investing where the smallest input creates the largest downstream change: building the mindset, confidence and AI fluency that determines whether a young person can even get to the incubators, competitions and enterprise support that follow. And because FRED is built to be measured - every participant scored pre and post on the FRED Entrepreneurial Mindset Index - you get evidence of the shift you're funding, not just a record of activity delivered.

Two ways to get involved.
School & Channel Partner
Schools, community hubs, universities, and youth-facing networks who can give FRED access to young people - in a classroom, a community centre, or through an existing participant or member network.
- -Access to a cohort of young people willing to take part (a grade, a group of unemployed youth, a participant network)
- -A venue for weekly in-person sessions - a classroom, hall, or community space
- -A coordinator or point of contact to help with scheduling and communication
- -Where relevant, extra-curricular time or a program slot for FRED (FRED runs best as an optional, extra-curricular offering rather than embedded into existing subjects)
- -Consent and data-sharing to track participant progress via FEMI
- -Jointly identifying a FRED coach for the cohort, who the FRED team will train and support
- -A ready-built, AI-enabled entrepreneurship programme delivered by trained, accredited coaches drawn from your own community - no need to build or staff it yourselves
- -Measurable outcomes for every participant (FEMI pre/post scores, module completion, a completed Business Model Canvas, a live pitch) you can point to with your own stakeholders, parents, or funders
- -A genuine progression pathway for standout participants into FRED Idea2Startup, and from there into incubators, pitch competitions, and enterprise support
- -Association with a growing, credible youth entrepreneurship brand active across South Africa and Egypt
- -Where applicable, delivery costs largely covered through FRED's own funding relationships rather than billed to you directly

- -Optionally, employee volunteering, mentorship, or access to your own corporate network to strengthen delivery
- -Pre and post FEMI score for every participant, plus an aggregate cohort mindset-shift report
- -Module completion and attendance records
- -A participant register verified for B-BBEE
- -Entrepreneur activation tracking post-programme
- -A full SED compliance documentation pack
- -100% Black beneficiary compliance on unemployed youth programmes, fully qualifying for B-BBEE ESD and SED recognition under Code Series 500
- -100% recognition on school-based programmes, since more than 85% of learners are Black South Africans
- -A measurable, defensible narrative, from youth development into real enterprise creation via Idea2Startup, one of the stronger stories available on a B-BBEE scorecard
