FRED is structured as a progressive pipeline, moving participants from foundational mindset development through to a validated business idea. FRED owns the early stages; the final stage hands over to the incubation, pitch-competition and enterprise-support ecosystem.

Foundation
Mindset development, self-awareness, and entrepreneurial thinking fundamentals.
Development
Structured learning, problem-solving, and business concept development.
Preparation
Real-world challenges, pitch practice, and practical business thinking.
Application
A validated business idea and business plan, ready to progress into incubators, pitch competitions, or enterprise and supplier development.
Positioned pre-incubation, pre-pitch-competition and pre-ESD.
FRED Youth Entrepreneur Program
The foundational programme for school participants and youth. The curriculum itself stays consistent across all programmes. What changes is the content, the AI tutor interactions, and the challenges and presentations, all adapted to fit the audience so it feels relevant and relatable.
FRED Idea2Startup
The second-stage programme for graduates of any track who apply and are ready to validate and pursue their idea.
